GUIDE HIGHLIGHTS
We created a guide to help you log into Attendify. Here are some highlights:
InventEd 2021 will utilize Attendify, a mobile and web-based platform accessible through your browser or mobile app
All registered attendees will need to create a new or re-use an existing Attendify account to log into the platform
You must login using our link, not by visiting attendify.com
The web based link below will not work on a mobile or tablet device - you must download the appropriate mobile app (see instructions below)
We highly recommend using a desktop web browser

Navigate
After you've logged in, you'll find your navigation system on the far left side of your window. This allows you to access the schedule, see which session is currently running, and interact with the community.
Schedule
When you click on the "Schedule" in the navigation, you will see the program line-up and you'll be able to jump into a session.
Missed something? Simply come back to the schedule and jump right in.
Connect
Attendify allow you to network virtually. See who is in the community and reach out to them by utilizing Attendify's direct messaging feature.
You'll also be able to see notification alerts and network announcements so you don't miss a thing.

MIC AND CAMERA TROUBLESHOOTING
If you're joining us through Attendify's browser platform and you want the option to participate in the group discussions, you may need to grant your browser access to your mic and camera. Please use the following guides based on which browser you're using:
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I join the event from a tablet or phone?
To join the event from a mobile device or tablet, you will need to download the mobile app. Our Virtual Experience is not designed for mobile and tablet screens, so we recommend accessing the event from your browser.
I cannot bypass the event code screen, the webpage reloads, and asks for the event code again. What should I do?
In that case, your browser, VPN, or an ad blocker prevents you from moving forward. The below troubleshooting tips must help:
Please make sure you use the latest version of one of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox
Please disable any adblockers and VPNs. They can be installed as browser extensions or desktop apps. Ad blockers can also be a part of your antivirus software - make sure the program has a web shield disabled.
As an extra step, you can switch to an “Incognito” window and try to connect through another non-corporate network.
I tried to log in but received a "Restricted access. Please contact the organizer." error message. How can I get in?
Please make sure that you a) are using the same email address you have registered with for the event; b) you are typing in your email address correctly. Reach out to InventEdHelp@gmail.com if you still receive the same error message.
Every time I am trying to get into the desktop version, I am getting kicked out of the event. Why?
For security reasons, you can’t be logged in on two separate browsers or two different machines at the same time. Please make sure to close the event link on other browsers and/or computers.
